Korean-skincare e-commerce delivered for a client in an emerging market.
A real client delivery — a WordPress + WooCommerce skincare store built for the Zimbabwe market. Multi-currency checkout (USD + local currency), local payment gateway integration, skin-quiz funnel, reviews and loyalty — plus post-launch design iteration driven by a 20-site competitive study.

Production voice agent that handled real inbound calls autonomously.
An AI receptionist deployed for a cigar retail client (Feb–Apr 2026). Connected to a 2,649-product WooCommerce catalog via MCP tool calls, it handled product queries, inventory checks, reservations, and store questions in natural conversation over live telephony. Measured over a 3-week live period: 41 calls, 80% resolved without human transfer. Decommissioned when the engagement ended.

Who I am
About
I'm an operator who builds. I've shipped voice agents that handled real phone calls, multi-tenant platforms with AI avatars, and e-commerce for a real client — plus the campaigns and automation that make those systems earn their keep.
My path is unusual: luxury hospitality first (The Broadmoor, Monarch Casino & Resort), then marketing and creative operations — directing a five-person team across websites, campaigns, ads, and automation, and producing short-form video for local businesses across hundreds of campaigns. Then I taught myself to build the AI systems I was selling.
Today I run 180 Meridian, an AI video and marketing studio, from Rotterdam. I'm open to full-time AI engineering and AI-marketing roles across the Randstad — and to project work through the studio. What I care about: AI that works in production, not demos.
